About the body
A correctly, honestly and efficiently operating certification system is beneficial to all: the state, business and consumers.
The Body on confirmation of conformity of products (hereinafter OPS P) is a structural subdivision of Baltic Control KZ Certification LLP. OPS P carries out its activities on the basis of the Charter and has in its structure an accredited testing laboratory (accreditation certificate No. KZ.T.01.E0599 dated 21.10. 2021. Valid until 21.10. 2026).

Accreditation
OPS P is accredited by the Accreditation Body RSE on PCV "National Accreditation Centre to carry out works on conformity assessment of products in accordance with the approved area of accreditation, defined by the annex to the accreditation certificate.
OPS P operates on the basis of the Regulations, documents of the SM OPS P, normative documents of the State system of technical regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The staff of OPSP consists of expert-auditors certified for the right to carry out works on confirmation of conformity of products of food industry and agricultural production, as well as on confirmation of conformity of products of chemistry and household chemistry and meets the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation, imposed on expert-auditors. The number of qualified expert auditors by areas fully covers the declared area of accreditation.

Consequences of violations of legislation in the field of technical regulation
Depending on the gravity of the offence or offences committed, the perpetrators are subject to disciplinary, administrative, material or criminal penalties. Strict measures are always taken against offenders, because the conformity assessment body is responsible together with them, and the negative consequences are directed at a wide range of people - consumers.
The most frequently committed offences:

deviation from quality standards after obtaining a certificate of conformity

Providing inaccurate information about the company and the products being certified
03
unreasonable and/or incorrect interpretation of the requirements of legislation, normative legal acts and normative documents in the field of technical regulation.
Revocation of certificate
All penalties, however severe they may be, are considered justified by the state and authorised bodies in view of the danger posed by a business that deviates from honest business practices.
Identified violations result in the withdrawal of the certificate of conformity or suspension of its validity.
